Our Client is a growing fintech company, specializing in payment processing solutions. We are seeking HR Generalist that will support expanding business.


Responsibilities


Recruitment & Hiring


- Draft and publish job descriptions.

- Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Maintain and update candidate database (ATS or spreadsheets).


Onboarding & Adaptation


- Organize onboarding process for new hires.

- Provide welcome materials, policies, and guidelines.

- Ensure smooth integration into the team.

- Monitor performance during probation period


HR Administration


- Maintain up-to-date employee records and personal files.

- Support employment documentation (hiring, transfers, terminations).

- Track attendance, absences, and leaves together with the accounting department.


Learning & Development


- Identify training and development needs.

- Organize internal and external trainings, workshops, and courses.

- Develop and maintain knowledge base and training materials.


Performance & Motivation


- Support performance review processes (KPI/OKR, 360-degree reviews).

- Contribute to motivation and recognition programs.

- Assist managers with employee feedback and retention strategies.


Compensation & Benefits


- Participate in salary review processes and grading systems.

- Support benefits programs (insurance, perks, bonuses).

- Monitor market trends in compensation.


HR Analytics & Reporting


- Prepare HR reports (turnover, recruitment efficiency, reasons for attrition).

- Use HR metrics to analyze and optimize processes.


Employer Branding


- Promote the company as an attractive workplace.

- Manage career pages and HR-related social media content.

- Represent the company at job fairs and career events.


Employee Relations


- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

- Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.

- Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.


Corporate Culture & Events


- Develop and support corporate culture initiatives.

- Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and internal communications.


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience on this position in fintech company
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude, initiative and openness to change
  • Resilience to stress
