About the role
You’ll have full ownership of the admin side of our recruitment processes. You’ll also be one of the faces of DataCrunch for our candidates. In other words, you’ll be making your colleagues’ lives easier and our candidates’ experience flawless.

Practicalities:
- Hybrid mode: This role requires presence in our Kamppi office at least 4 days per week. Don’t worry - you won’t be alone or hangry there.
- Level of expertise: Junior.
- Employment type: Full-time and permanent.
Your responsibilities:
- Admin support to the People team and hiring managers: job posting, calendar management, interview scheduling, and ATS maintenance.
- Candidate experience: smooth communication, timely feedback, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Recruitment analytics: pipeline reporting and progress tracking against SLAs.
Your key competences:
- Owner mentality: you improve recruitment processes, solve problems, and uphold our successful hiring.
- Hands-on approach: you enjoy getting things done and as efficiently as possible.
- Stakeholder management: you’re a great communicator with an ability to build strong relationships.
- 1-2 years of administrative work experience (preferably in a similar role and in a scale-up environment).
Nice-to-haves
- Practical understanding of best practices in recruitment.
- Experience in using ATS.
- Interest in AI and its application to HR work.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Success criteria for this role for the next 6-12 months:
- Ownership of processes: You’re independent and confident when managing scheduling, preparing offers, keeping ATS clean and compliant, and onboarding new hires.
- Bottleneck detection: You quickly spot process pain points and suggest (even better: implement) ways how to fix them (e.g., recurring task automation, templation improvement, etc.).
- Happy stakeholders: You receive consistently high satisfaction rates from both candidates and colleagues.
How the process looks like:
- Introduction call with Marina (45 mins): Learn more about us and share your career aspirations.
- In-person interview with the team, Lena and Tom (60 mins): Dive deeper into establising a mutual fit with the team.
- In-person interview with the CEO, Ruben (30 mins): Ask questions from the person who started it all.
