Staff UX Designer – Hosts Platform

Are you excited by the challenge of designing products that ultimately will be used by millions of users to explore the world every month?? A fast-scaling consumer platform is looking for a senior design leader to shape its host-facing products – the backbone of a service used by their clients to deliver the best travel experience to their customers.

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Shape the Vision: Define and drive the UX strategy for tools and workflows that enable hosts to onboard, manage and grow their businesses.

🧭 Elevate the Experience: Lead design work across the entire lifecycle – from research and ideation to prototyping and polished product.

🤝 Champion Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data specialists to bring ideas to life in a way that’s cohesive, scalable and delightful.

🔍 Stay User-Centric: Advocate for host and guest needs through continuous research, usability testing, and iteration.

📈 Raise the Bar: Mentor designers, push design standards forward, and foster a culture of excellence across product and engineering teams.

The Team:

You’ll join a dedicated product organisation that works in close partnership with engineering and data. It’s a collaborative, low-ego environment where strong ideas rise quickly, ownership is encouraged, and the user impact of your work is immediately visible.

What They’re Looking For:

✅ 7+ years of professional UX or product design experience, including complex B2B or platform products

✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and polished interface design

✅ Expertise in user research, design systems, and prototyping tools

✅ Proven ability to work across multiple teams and lead cross-functional initiatives

✅ Experience mentoring other designers and contributing to organisational design culture

✅ Excellent communication and storytelling skills

✅ Bonus: Background in marketplace platforms or SaaS environments
