If you are located in one of the key cities where the company has an office (Dubai, Hong Kong, Kyiv, Tallinn, London, Limassol, Yerevan, Tbilisi, Mauritius), the company offers a hybrid work format with the option to transition to remote work in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in brokerage and financial services
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collect and prioritize requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Work with engineering and design teams on feature development
- Communicate with clients, handle their questions, and gather feedback on the product
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve the product
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3+ years proven experience as a Product Manager with success in launching and scaling financial solutions
- Experience with CFD projects and knowledge of SAFe methodology; experience with referral programs in CFD trading
- Hands-on experience with affiliate systems
- English С1+, Russian B2+ or native
- Experience working with MT or cTrader brokers
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of microservices, orchestration, and data streaming tools (Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, NATS)
- Experience with gRPC API testing
- Knowledge of Go
- Experience with load testing tools like Gatling or K6
