The Role
Based in Berlin, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the DACH and European markets, with a focus on building trusted partnerships and delivering data-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development β Identify and engage senior decision-makers, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner in data transformation.
- Consultative Selling β Understand client challenges and shape tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Enterprise Relationship Management β Build long-term relationships with stakeholders, from operational leaders to C-level executives.
- Market Expansion β Leverage networks, events, and targeted outreach to grow presence across DACH and Europe.
- Collaboration β Work closely with consultants, architects, and leadership to design proposals and ensure smooth delivery handovers.
- Sales Excellence β Maintain pipeline discipline (Salesforce), provide accurate forecasting, and contribute to refining sales strategy.
What Weβre Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken communication in German and English (C1).
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to bridge complex challenges and solutions.
- Confidence in engaging at C-level and facilitating multi-stakeholder discussions.
