Graduate Engineer

Cognizant Life Sciences Manufacturing is a world leading provider of products and services to the Life Science industry. Cognizant LSM work solely in the Life Science industry providing technology solutions that allow Life Science companies to carry out production via engineers designing and delivering the hardware/software solutions to enable the production process.

About the Role

Cognizant is currently seeking applications from Graduate Engineers for our Graduate Programme in 2026 based in Dublin.

We are especially interested in receiving applications from final year students completing their studies in:

• Electrical Engineering / Electronic & Electrical Engineering
• Automation and Process Control
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Process and Chemical Engineering
• Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Engineering
• Applied Physics and Instrumentation
• Process Plant & Technology
• Biomedical Engineering

Successful candidates will be part of the Global Graduate Program. This Program is an intensive 12-week Training Program that consists of classroom training, workshops, theory, practical training, and a Simulation Project.

Requirements:

Completed degree (Level 8) in one of the areas listed above.

Interest in Automation and the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Strong oral and written communication skills are required, with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally.

Be self-motivated and develop an understanding of the business.

Experience of working in a pharmaceutical API manufacturing operation or a regulated environment is desirable.
