About Your New Job:

• Lead Multiple Projects: In this client-facing role, you'll lead multiple enterprise GenAI projects, managing 3-4 projects simultaneously for large, complex organizations, ensuring technical progress translates into client value.
• Hands-on Leadership: This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll act as the day-to-day manager for delivery teams, draft statements of work, and ensure clients see tangible progress.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions. You'll engage extensively with senior leadership and C-suite level stakeholders.
• Product Management: Enable tech teams through clear requirements and priority setting, acting as the product manager for delivered solutions.
• Strategic Coordination: Work with strategic engagement leads on broader account management and growth opportunities.

What Skills You’ll Need:

• Software Development Background: Previous hands-on software development coding experience.
• Client-facing Leadership: Extensive experience engaging with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Enterprise Delivery Experience: Proven track record of leading enterprise technology projects, ideally managing 3-4 concurrent projects.
• Technical Senior Leadership: Experience managing technical delivery teams.
• GenAI Expertise: Strong knowledge and project experience in AI/GenAI.
• Curiosity in GenAI/AI: A keen interest and curiosity in GenAI/AI technologies.

Desirable Skills:

• Regulated Sectors Experience: Experience working in regulated sectors
• Product Ownership: Experience as a Product Owner
