CrazyLabs, a world-leading mobile game developer with over 6.7 Billion downloads to date, is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Game Designer to join our team and work on our next Hyper and Hybrid Simulation games.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Collaborate with the Ideation and Game Product Owners team to create new game ideas as well as working on existing games in the pipeline.
  • Review and analyze game design features as well as suggest solutions according to specific KPIs and business challenges.
  • In charge of creation of design briefs, flowcharts, and feature layouts.
  • Participate in playtesting sessions, gathering and analyzing feedback to iterate on and improve game performance, features and mechanics
  • Work closely with the game product owners to define requirements and roadmap.
  • Work with the external and internal teams - mentor them to successfully develop and deliver high profile games
  • Continuously research and keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging game design techniques and technologies.
  • Help come up with new & engaging game themes and mechanics

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 year of game design experience in a mobile gaming company
  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of game design principles, including mechanics, storytelling, and level design.
  • UI/UX experience - An advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Unity and Adobe Photoshop - an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, time management and prioritization
  • Passion for gaming and especially to the Hyper and Hybrid Simulation world as well as deep understanding of what makes games fun and engaging.
