Descrizione
- Tourism product management: create, develop and optimize tourist packages, tours and itineraries, with a focus on destinations;
- Market research and analysis: monitor market trends, changes in customer preferences and competitors to continuously optimize the supply of tourism products. Provide reports and recommendations for the improvement of the offer.
- Negotiation with suppliers: work with local service providers (hotels, transport, activities, tour guides, etc.) to ensure quality of service and negotiate competitive rates and favourable terms.
- Destination management: work with internal teams and local authorities to manage the tourist destinations, ensuring that the offer is always up-to-date and in line with quality standards.
- Developing and launching new products: designing new packages and itineraries based on market needs and growth opportunities, promoting authentic and innovative tourism experiences.
- Work with Sales, providing documentation in order to sell products effectively, with a thorough knowledge of the destinations and services offered.
- Performance monitoring: analyze and monitor the performance of tourism products in terms of sales, customer feedback and profit margins, proposing corrective actions if necessary.
- Constant communication with other internal departments for problem solving, changes and actions in relation to products.
- Availability to make on-site visits and transfers in order to supervise the quality of the tours.
Profilo del Candidato
- Previous experience in similar roles within Incoming Tourism sector
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- In-depth knowledge of tourism market
- Great passion for travel
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Creativity, innovation and strategic thinking
- In-depth knowledge of English language
