About Pulsetto

Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness device companies, helping people around the world — from the US and UK to Europe and Australia — reduce stress and sleep better with innovative vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) tech. You may have seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.

Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively — and now we’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our mobile development team and help us grow even further.

Position overview

We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic automation leader who can design, implement, and manage automations across departments (Marketing, Ops, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Support). Your mission will be to reduce manual work, human error, and costs — while creating an infrastructure that scales efficiently and meets compliance standards.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of Pulsetto’s operations, with a direct link to productivity, revenue enablement, and compliance readiness, and with a planned growth path towards a future Head of Automations position.

Your day to day

  • Reduce manual work & errors: Map out legacy processes and replace them with robust automations.
  • Design and implement automations: Build  a scalable automation roadmap and deliver quick wins.
  • Build frameworks & governance: Establish request → approval → delivery → documentation workflows across departments
  • Create transparency & reporting: Define ROI logic and track savings (time, cost, error reduction, headcount avoidance)
  • Implement & manage tools: Select, roll out, and maintain the no-code/low-code platforms + monitoring/alerting stack
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with business leaders to understand needs and deliver measurable improvements
  • Enable compliance: Ensure automations are documented and aligned with ISO/GDPR requirements, preparing for certifications

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or operations engineering
  • Strong knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, and workflow automation tools
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-department automations that save measurable time/costs
  • Experience building monitoring/alerting systems to ensure reliability
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to quantify ROI (time saved, costs avoided, errors reduced)
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR) and ability to align automation infrastructure

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in e-commerce environments and familiarity with major platforms and tools
  • Understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied in a business or marketing context
  • Genuine interest in emerging technologies and tools, with a curiosity to explore and test new solutions

Soft Skills We Value

  • Ownership mindset – you take full responsibility for outcomes
  • Operational common sense – you prioritize for maximum business impact
  • Clear communicator – you can explain technical concepts simply
  • Problem-solver – you see inefficiencies and fix them fast
  • Scalable thinking – you build systems for long-term use, not one-offs

What we offer:

  • Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if you’re based elsewhere
  • Collaboration with international experts across Europe, the US, and beyond
  • A chance to grow in a fast-paced, ambitious team that's shaping the future of wellness tech
  • Office perks for our Vilnius team – including free lunch 3 times a week
  • Birthday day off – celebrate on your terms
  • Up to 4 additional annual vacation days (2 in the first year, 3 in the second, and 4+ from the third year onwards).
  • Pulsetto device – support your well-being daily
  • An open, supportive environment where dreaming big is part of the job

📍 Location: Vilnius / Hybrid / Remote

🕐 Employment Type: Full-time

Gross salary: €4000–€5000 gross/month (depending on experience) + bonus
