Senior Client Relationship Manager – Accounting

Your areas of responsibility:

• Respond to client needs (start-ups, large companies, SMEs, family businesses, and self-employed professionals) on accounting, tax, and administrative processes, including daily bookkeeping, tax filings, and preparation of annual accounts/reporting.
• Supervise general accounting performed by your team.
• Review and finalize annual tax filings related to assigned client accounts.
• Maintain regular, proactive contact with clients, building long-term, trusted relationships and anticipating their needs.
• Contribute to improving internal and digital processes.
• Support business development by leveraging client knowledge, market trends, and your professional network.
• Train, motivate, and develop your team, measuring your success through the success of your team.

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of local commercial clients within a fiduciary or Big-4 firm in Luxembourg.
• Certified accountant or close to obtaining certification.
• Recognized leadership and technical expertise within your team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Independent, conscientious, and goal-oriented work style.
• Strong team spirit.
• Fluent in French, German, and English (Luxembourgish is a plus).
