Join our Talent Acquisition team as a trainee and play a pivotal role in attracting the best talent to our organization. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in attracting and engaging top talent while learning from experienced HR professionals.

Duration: 6 Months ideally – Start September or February

Your next challenge

  • Assist in Candidate Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates and provide them with timely information and guidance regarding the recruitment process.
  • Optimize Recruitment Processes: Deliver a client-focused experience through efficient management of recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, contract preparation, and coordinating recruitment events.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Help ensure a smooth candidate experience through efficient handling of queries and proactive engagement during the recruitment process – including interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate on HR Projects: Contribute to ongoing projects focused on innovation and digitalization within the Talent Acquisition department, but also creation of internal HR communications to enhance team connectivity.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Engage in team discussions to suggest improvements and share insights to optimize recruitment strategies.

Your Skills

  • Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience would be an asset
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Team-Player: Are eager to learn, multitask, prioritize effectively and able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
