For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java backend development
- Proven experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry
- Hands-on experience with SPML and integration with Nokia hardware
- Strong understanding of 3G, 4G, and 5G policy management
- Fluency in English B2
- Availability for hybrid work either Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon depending on location, 1x a week
