The role
We are hiring an HR Generalist (Maternity Cover) to assist our employees with various HR related matters and provide general support to promote a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Be the person to go to for our employees in all matters of an employee lifecycle from onboarding over working policies and general workplace information.
- Be part of the creation for an always positive work environment.
- Ensure HR trainings, policies and procedures are consistently communicated and implemented.
- Support the payroll process.
- Maintain document support systems to ensure managers and employees always have access to current and compliant documents and support the implementation of changes as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefit, and Marketing Communication teams.
- Collaborate with our HR Teams in the countries of our subsidiaries.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources/legal/ psychology or similar field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in HR Generalist/ People administrative role.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Proficient in using office software such as Outlook, Office365, and Teams.
- Proactive problem-solver with fluency in written and spoken English.
