The role
As a Mid Front-End Developer, you will develop modern, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces. You’ll work closely with design and backend teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional user experience. You will report to the Head of Platform Design & UX.

The role
As a Mid Front-End Developer, you will develop modern, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces. You’ll work closely with design and backend teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional user experience. You will report to the Head of Platform Design & UX.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences.
- Implement and maintain reusable components, adhering to the design system and coding standards.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsiveness.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Integrate with APIs and manage client-side state effectively.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing practices, and continuous improvement of frontend processes.
- 2–3 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React (including hooks, context, and component patterns).
- Familiarity with modern build and bundling tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
- Experience with Git and working in Agile teams.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX/UI principles.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization).
- Experience with design systems or component libraries.
- Exposure to CI/CD workflows and cloud environments.
- Adaptability – Ability to find solutions in uncertain situations.
- Curiosity – Eagerness to learn and engage in constructive discussions
- Quality-Oriented – Awareness of data quality and the importance of code testing.
- Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration – Experience working in Agile environments.
