We are supporting a leading international organization in the search for an HR Generalist to join its Human Resources team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and evolving environment, with strong values and a people-first culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage training and development initiatives, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews.
  • Contribute to recruitment processes and talent development programs.
  • Provide support in HR systems and tools (experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage).
  • Collaborate on occupational health & safety processes (knowledge in risk prevention is a plus).
  • Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, fostering a positive work culture.


Requirements:


  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or related field.
  • Approx. 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (essential).
  • Availability to travel internationally (1–2 trips per year).
  • Based in A Coruña or surrounding area.
  • Strong cultural fit with a values-driven, international organization.
  • Excellent digital and office IT skills.
