πŸš€ We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to join our small, dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca!


πŸ”Ή Job Type: Hybrid / Remote

 πŸ’° Initial collaboration on an hourly, project-based model, with potential for long-term cooperation.


πŸ”₯ What You’ll Do:

βœ”οΈ Design and prototype UI/UX for web and mobile platforms

 βœ”️ Implement static pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

 βœ”️ Collaborate with the development team to integrate designs

 βœ”️ Optimize UX based on feedback and usability testing

 βœ”️ Create and maintain a design system


Must-haves:

  • 2+ years in UI/UX for platforms/apps (not just landing pages).
  • Figma/Adobe XD (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
  • Solid HTML & CSS (modern layouts, responsive) and JavaScript skills.
  • Bootstrap (grid, utilities, customizing components).
  • Responsive design and web accessibility fundamentals (WCAG basics).
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.
