💼 About the Role:

As a Senior HR Generalist, you’ll bring your expertise across all areas of HR, with a particular focus on pay transparency, compensation and benefits, and employee relations (ER). You’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape HR strategy and foster a positive workplace environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives on pay transparency and compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees across all HR matters.
• Champion employee engagement and maintain the company’s outstanding work culture.

🛠 What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Proven expertise in compensation and benefits and a passion for pay transparency.
• Excellent skills in employee relations and a solid understanding of Irish employment law.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach to HR.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model (3 days in the office).
