The Conversion Product Area is responsible for the entire user journey on Spotify and ensures we engage with people in innovative ways, every step of the way. We have bold plans in the Activation, Retention and Conversion team to build the next generation multi dimensional merchandising platform, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team. You will be working on the Merchandising Platform, including both new and emerging revenue streams. You will play a key part in helping to shape the way we reason through our product offering, how we build the right building blocks and platform capabilities to have a substantial impact on one of the world’s largest subscription based platforms.

What You'll Do
- Own product vision, product goals, product strategy, roadmaps for scalable, dynamic systems for merchandising subscriptions business
- Promote platform thinking by collaborating with Product Managers to create cohesive, scalable, and extensible solutions aligned with Spotify’s long-term vision.
- Work closely with stakeholders and a skilled team of cross-functional peers to define a roadmap that balances developing our Merchandising Platform strategy, meeting current business needs, managing technical debt, and unlocking new opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, insights and product, within your team and business stakeholders across the organisation to set goals and develop strategies for reaching them
- Contribute a genuine passion and enthusiasm for your products and mission, and for solving your user’s needs.
- Demonstrate and help instil platform thinking and practices across our development teams.
- You are a platform PM with experience of shipping internal platforms at consumer scale.
- A proven operator with a track record of formulating product vision, defining and implementing product strategy to launch internal platform systems
- Collaborative and able to thrive in cross-functional teams.
- Inspirational with an ability to empower and support a team to get things done.
- You have demonstrable experience developing and managing world-class software products
- You’re experienced in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)
- Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights.
- An expert with APIs, data pipelines or very familiar with technical roles.
- This role is based in London
