What role will you take on a team?
We are currently looking for experienced talents who would like to join our R&D group and work with us to solve complex problems in a simple way!
As a product company we are looking for long-term cooperation.
Your role as Developer requires quality engineering experience. You will be a team player cooperating with other Developers, Product Manager, QA and Tech Leader.
You Will Spend Your Time Mostly On
AngularJS, Codeception, Docker, Git, JavaScript, JIRA, Laravel, MySQL, Nginx, PHP, PHPUnit, RabbitMQ, Symfony, Redis, REST, WebSocket
How do we work?
We work in self-organizing Scrum teams. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread.
We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code.
We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks, and use OKR’s in every quarter planning.
We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners).
We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice (no dress code).

You Will Spend Your Time Mostly On
- coding new features (~65%)
- maintenance and bug fixing (~20%)
- internal meetings and analyses (~15%)
- Build company’s products, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability
- Take an active part in development cycle (coding, code-reviewing, writing units tests)
- Take care of broadly understood good practices and the quality of code
- Take an active part in creating a technological development roadmap
- Design software and control technical debt,
- Participate actively in SCRUM meetings (planning, review, retro, daily)
- Assist in development of other team members
- Keep improving the entire software development life-cycle
- Have 4+ years of experience building modern PHP applications in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Git, REST API, Redis, Laravel (or any other modern framework)
- Experience with architecture and software design patterns
- Have good interpersonal skills and communicative english
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and delivery
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (mainly Scrum and Kanban)

- Screening (20 min. in Polish)
- Technical task (4 hours estimated)
