Seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Workday Support Analyst to be the go-to problem solver and first line of support for Workday users across the organisation. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, helping employees maximise their Workday experience, and collaborating with global teams to support new enhancements and projects.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for Workday-related queries through tickets, chat, and other support channels.
  • Assist employees with navigation, data entry, and troubleshooting within Workday.
  • Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support or Workday admins.
  • Monitor performance, user feedback, and identify recurring issues for process improvement.
  • Support system updates, regression testing, and HRIS initiatives.
  • Deliver training and user guidance on Workday processes.
  • Conduct routine audits and validations to ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with HRIS team members during the annual compensation cycle and special projects.
  • Provide backup support for integrations between Workday and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with a global team on consulting and support activities.
  • Ensure documentation, deliverables, and processes meet the highest quality standards.


🎯 What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday functional consultant, analyst, or in Workday implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM modules, processes, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to engage with end-users, HR, and leadership.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to solve problems and simplify complexity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a global-first mindset.
