At Web Impact, we’re more than just an email marketing agency and digital solutions provider. We’re building cutting-edge, socially impactful SaaS products that redefine how businesses operate in the digital world.
Our engineering teams solve some of the most complex challenges in distributed, event-driven systems at cosmic scale. Your mission: make these powerful technologies simple, elegant, and usable for the people who rely on them every day.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with proven SaaS experience – someone who can translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly applications.
What You’ll Do
- Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for next-generation SaaS automation platforms.
- Turn highly technical, event-driven workflows into simple, accessible user journeys.
- Build design systems that ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across multiple products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to align business goals with user needs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma (or similar).
- Apply best practices in SaaS UX design: onboarding flows, dashboards, analytics, multi-tenant usage, and billing.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design across web platforms.
- Contribute to product direction from day one, influencing features and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with commercial SaaS products.
- Proven track record designing complex dashboards, workflows, or B2B SaaS interfaces.
- Strong skills in Figma (design systems, prototyping).
- Understanding of UX research methods and ability to apply insights.
- Familiarity with designing for event-driven or data-heavy products (analytics, pipelines, dashboards).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive web design.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, PMs, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mandatory: Portfolio with SaaS product case studies (not only marketing websites). Applications without a SaaS-related portfolio will not be considered.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS in domains like automation, analytics, integrations, or AI.
- Previous involvement in building customer support infrastructure or self-serve knowledge bases.
- Familiarity with our stack: Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redis, Kubernetes, AI/ML models.
Our Tech Stack
- Design Tools: Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion
- Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Golang, Elixir
- Messaging & Queues: RabbitMQ (LavinMQ), Redis Streams, Kafka, Oban
- Data: PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Clickhouse
- Infrastructure: AWS, Fly.io, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Front-end: React.js, Next.js (your designs come alive here)
- AI/ML: Proprietary self-hosted GenAI models, integrated ML pipelines
- Integrations: REST, gRPC, WebSockets, multiple external API services with rate limits
