Graduate Engineer

We are seeking to hire highly motivated fresh graduate Engineers to join one of our core units.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, market analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of business strategies and plans
• Conduct research and data analysis on industry trends, competitors, and internal performance
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, strategic reviews, and project evaluations
• Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and drive initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data tools is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
