Overview

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to become the newest member of a dynamic and fast-paced team in the Recruitment department. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will spend your time working with dedicated Recruiters to attract top talent to join our “Better Together” team at Trillium Health Partners. We want you to bring your enthusiasm and ideas for talent management to support our recruitment initiatives and being an employer of choice in healthcare.

Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the operations of the department as well as supporting key projects. The Recruitment Coordinator will primarily focus on the coordination and management of departmental core processes, systems, and tools to support improved recruitment, engagement and communication.

Accountabilities

  • Managing the scheduling and tracking of interviews and additional testing as required for both internal and external candidates;
  • Coordinating the development of onboarding formal reports and communications to both internal and external partners on a monthly basis;
  • Supporting the maintenance and execution of interview guides;
  • Assist in developing and delivering recruitment initiatives including but not limited to job fairs, campus recruitment initiatives, and community partnerships;
  • Participating in the planning and implementation of key projects, as directed by the Manager, Recruitment;
  • Partner with Recruiters to ensure a positive “candidate experience” and “client experience”
  • Provide administrative support to the department as required and including but not limited to management of the Recruitment inbox; and
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Here’s What You Need To Have

  • Post secondary education or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field required;
  • Minimum one year of experience working in Human Resources with specific experience in Recruitment preferred;
  • Excellent organizational, time management and coordination skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when appropriate;
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to be agile and responsive to changing priorities;
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively while managing a high volume daily and weekly workload to meet required deadlines;
  • Effective interpersonal communications skills with the ability to successfully build relationships; and
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations required.

Location:

We offer employees, in roles that are conducive to remote work, the flexibility and the right mix of remote and in-office work (approximately 80/20). Acknowledging that the primary works space will be remote work from home, there will be times when onsite presence is appropriate just as there will be times when onsite presence may not be possible.

The expectation is that remote work locations, as part of the Flex First program, will be in the employee’s place of residence, and adhere to all THP policies and procedures, with special consideration towards privacy. Since employees should be available to return to the workplace with 24 hours’ notice, remote work outside of the province or country is not acceptable.
