We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Data Analyst who will be a key member of the finance and data team. The Data Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations, including maintaining and adding data pipelines, improving data integrity, developing reports and more.

In this position, you will play an integral role in ensuring that data dependent functions run smoothly. There will be opportunity to expand to other brands within the company portfolio including Silk and Snow, Casper and Hush.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes in Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Develop intuitive, accessible reports and dashboards, and provide training to users on how to leverage and build self-service analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and implement governance standards.
  • Optimize the cloud data warehouse for analytics and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Stay updated on data warehousing best practices and technologies.

Who You Are

  • Degree in computer science, data science or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience with building or managing data warehouses
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, ETL tools (Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to embrace ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills and with a strong desire to work collaboratively
  • Understanding of data modeling and integration techniques.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize workflows
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership in their work
