We’re building a brain-controlled focus headset and game to help adults with ADHD. TO start tasks faster and stay focused
Key Responsibilities
- Design product experiences for our HCI/BCI software (onboarding, focus blocks, progress views) that feel simple, calm, and motivating.
- Create end-to-end UI/UX: research → flows → wireframes → high-fidelity designs → clickable prototypes.
- Run UX research: user interviews, usability tests, and rapid iterations with ADHD-friendly design principles.
- Build a design system (tokens, components, states) for web + desktop/mobile apps.
- Own the website: ship clear, fast pages aligned with our brand; optimize for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance (SEO basics included).
- Collaborate tightly with product, neuroscience, and engineering to translate brain signals into clear, actionable UI.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for user-centered design and an interest in neurotechnology. The ideal candidate will have:
- A master’s degree or 3+ years experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Neuroscience or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, CAD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Interest or experience in neurotechnology, healthcare, or assistive technology is a strong plus.
