Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the VP of Creative to uphold high standards of process, efficiency, timelines, and communication.
- Manage the end-to-end creative workflow with a consistent intake system for all briefs.
- Guide partners on best practices, confirming stakeholders, responsibilities, and key details upfront.
- Establish and manage creative campaign timelines, aligning with brand, marketing, and merchandising schedules to ensure timely launches.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing leads to assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and schedule resources across design, copy, and concepting.
- Gather and organize reference materials such as past campaigns, brand guidelines, and assets to support new initiatives.
- Schedule and lead kickoffs, brainstorms, and status meetings with clear agendas, ensuring roles and responsibilities are defined.
- Communicate project milestones across the lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed from kickoff through delivery.
- Secure time with senior leadership to route work and gather feedback efficiently.
- Act as the communication hub across internal teams, external vendors, and freelancers, resolving issues early to avoid blockers.
- Manage editorial and content workflow to ensure campaigns reflect a cohesive brand voice and narrative.
- Bring a strong taste level and discerning eye to provide feedback that supports creative excellence.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, adopt new tools, and champion best practices across teams.
- (Nice to have) Support asset management across web and app platforms by ensuring assets are current, functional, and accurate.
- 5+ years of project management experience in eCommerce or premium consumer brands, with a focus on delivering high-quality creative assets.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, print, and brand channels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide clarity across projects.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.) and asset management systems (Bynder or similar).
- A passion for consumer brands, food, storytelling, and creating joyful customer experiences.
