Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Controller (Automotive) based in Doha, Qatar. The Automotive Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles leaving the workshop meet the company’s and manufacturer’s quality standards. This role involves inspecting completed work, identifying and correcting any faults, ensuring compliance with safety and service protocols, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through superior workmanship and attention to detail.


Qualifications

  • Conduct final inspections on all vehicles after repair, maintenance, or bodywork to ensure they meet required quality and safety standards.
  • Verify that all mechanical, electrical, and bodywork repairs are completed according to job cards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform road tests when required to confirm the quality of workmanship and proper functioning of vehicle systems.
  • Identify any defects, poor workmanship, or incomplete jobs, and ensure rectification before vehicle delivery.
  • Document inspection findings and maintain detailed records of quality checks.
  • Coordinate with workshop supervisors, technicians, and service advisors to address quality concerns.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements to reduce rework and improve service efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Service Manager on recurring quality issues and technician performance.
