We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our product and engineering landscape. This role will be instrumental in shaping our AI solutions and products portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience in delivery AI-enabled products (Voice recognition, Document recognition, Computer Vision, GenAI, etc)
• Experience with building SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of security and compliance of AI and software products
• Profound understanding of Well-Architected Framework, and its AI-related part
• Agile mindset
• Product Owner certification is a plus
• AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks certifications are strong plus
• Proactivity, leadership, strong sense of ownership and responsibility for business outcomes
• Ability to travel for User interviews, UAT and deployments
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud-native platforms
• Experience in Supply Chain execution domain (WMS, TMC, OMS, etc) is a strong plus
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and product analytics

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Product roadmap and backlog
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
• Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
• Monitor product/solution performance and user feedback to iterate and improve
• Coordinate development team(s)
• Monetization strategy & execution for SaaS products/solutions
• Create and maintain SBOM
• Define and ensure product/solution metrics/KPIs
• Ensure adherence of solution to quality, security, and compliance standards
• Users and customers collaboration
• Identify and explore innovation opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing supporting go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
