We are looking for a Software Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create efficient, scalable, and reliable applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, problem-solving, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and industry standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments to ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to improve code quality and maintain coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously improve the development process and product.
- Contribute to product design by offering insights on technical feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, PHP, or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS or GCP) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and working with CI/CD systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
