Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with FinTech and BFSI exposure who can design, train, and deploy machine learning models and multi-agent AI systems for our modules like Fin AI, Credit Score Booster, SIP Coach, and Fraud Shield.
This role blends deep ML expertise, LLM orchestration, and BFSI compliance awareness to ensure our AI systems are accurate, explainable, secure, and regulator-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize ML/LLM pipelines (classification, NLP, recommendation, fraud detection).
Develop RAG pipelines (vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate/Qdrant) for vernacular financial queries (EN/HI/MR).
Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for multi-agent orchestration across Fin 100X.AI modules.
Design, train, and deploy ML models for:
Credit scoring & risk analysis
Fraud detection & anomaly detection
Investment & SIP recommendation
Insurance gap analysis
Implement model evaluation harnesses (gold datasets, CI drift checks, fairness metrics).
Collaborate with backend team (Node.js/Python/Postgres/Firebase) for real-time API integration.
Ensure compliance alignment (RBI/SEBI/IRDAI/PFRDA) and security standards (CERT-IN, DPDP).
Requirements
B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent.
2–6 years of hands-on experience in ML, NLP, LLMs, and AI model deployment.
Strong knowledge of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain/AutoGen, and MCP concepts.
Experience in BFSI datasets (credit, insurance, KYC, fraud).
Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps for ML (MLOps, Docker, CI/CD).
Strong grip on explainability (XAI), model fairness, and auditability.
Good to Have
Prior FinTech/BFSI/InsurTech startup experience.
Hands-on with CRIF/CIBIL, DigiLocker APIs, NPCI rails.
Published research, Kaggle competitions, or AI hackathon wins.
Multilingual NLP (English + Indian languages).
