Join SOHMA AI as a Junior Full-Stack Developer (3-Month Role)

SOHMA AI is building the first behavioural AI framework to make technology emotionally intelligent. We’re at the intersection of AI, mental health, and human-centred design - and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer to join us for 3 months.

This is an unpaid learning opportunity - perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in a startup environment, work directly with founders, and get exposure to AI product development.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to building the first version of our web interface
• Work across front-end and back-end tasks with guidance from the team
• Collaborate directly with the founders (CEO & CTO) on product design and execution
• Gain experience in translating AI outputs into user-friendly interfaces

What we’re looking for

• A self-driven, curious learner excited by AI and startups
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own tasks
• Some experience with web development (e.g. React, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Eager to learn, experiment, and grow your skills in a real-world setting
