Short Description

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will be expected to develop bespoke mobile applications in the mining domain. This role will interface with clients and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:

• Good experience of working with mobility applications.
• Strong experience in iOS Swift.
• Hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development and testing and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
• Good knowledge of AWS.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment tooling like Team City, etc.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with design patterns and best practice trends.
  
  

Skills /Competencies

Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Mobile application developer
• Should have good understanding of cross platform mobile development for android and IOS applications.
• Good understanding of iOS Swift/Google Flutter (5+ years’ experience).
• Client Management skills, understanding of new requirements and mockup / Design skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL, XML (3+ years’ experience)
• jQuery, AJAX, JSON (3+ years’ experience)
• Microsoft SQL Server, experience with PL/SQL (3+ years’ experience)
  
  

Preferred

• AWS certification
• Prior application development experience in mining operations.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Agile software development and project management
