About the Role:

Join a leading Latvian company in the payments processing sector (PSP) committed to delivering seamless financial services. This role is ideal for a skilled project manager with experience in team management, process optimization, and outsourcing who is eager to make an impact on a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Outsource Team Management:

Oversee external development teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with project goals.
Establish efficient workflows, communication channels, and feedback loops with outsourcing partners.

Technical Support Oversight:

Manage the in-house technical support team, ensuring efficient resolution of issues, high service standards, and continuous improvement.
Liaise with the technical support team to address, prioritize, and cover technical issues promptly and effectively.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate and refine existing internal processes to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
Design and implement new processes to support project scaling and future growth.

Team Expansion & Development:

Identify talent needs and play a key role in hiring and expanding the technical support and development teams.
Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.

Project Strategy & Implementation:

Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met.
Maintain project alignment with company objectives, focusing on delivering effective and scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, ideally within a PSP or fintech environment.
Strong skills in managing outsourced development teams and in-house technical teams.
Ability to oversee and optimize technical and operational processes.
High proficiency in Russian and English (spoken and written) to facilitate team and partner communications.
Demonstrated capability in team leadership, process development, and strategic planning.
