This is an ideal role for an up-and-coming HR professional who is eager to join a best-practice firm and high-performing environment. The role will see the HR Assistant support a variety of HR administrative duties including, new employee onboarding and processing, database management, coordination of L&D initiatives, and general support of HR projects.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and engaging team and will be reporting directly to the HR & Recruitment Manager in Sydney. The role has clear career progression with the opportunity to develop into a HR & Recruitment Coordinator position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with organisation and documentation of staff onboarding and offboarding
- Support with the coordination of events, e.g. staff functions or L&D sessions
- Respond to general internal inquiries regarding HR systems, policies, procedures and benefits
- Act as a key contributor to the broader HR function, supporting with any HR projects that may arise
- Be an upstanding member of the firm, acting with integrity and professionalism
Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a professional services background, as this experience fosters a deep understanding of working in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
