This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in Latin America.

As a Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping impactful digital experiences for enterprise clients, transforming complex challenges into intuitive and elegant solutions. Working as a consultant embedded within client teams, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end design solutions—from research and strategy to prototyping and testing. This role combines creativity, user empathy, and strategic thinking, offering an opportunity to influence real business outcomes while maintaining full autonomy in a 100% remote work environment.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the full product design lifecycle, including research, strategy, user experience, and interface design
  • Translate business objectives and user insights into actionable design concepts and prototypes
  • Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across products
  • Conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions and improve solutions iteratively
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure design feasibility and alignment
  • Communicate design ideas clearly through presentations, documentation, and collaborative workshops
  • Manage priorities and timelines independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within consulting or agency environments
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and measurable impact on enterprise-level projects
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and versatility across other design tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, UX research, interaction design, and visual design principles
  • Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams and English-speaking clients
  • Based in Latin America (or nearby region) with at least 6 hours of overlap with US Central Time
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
