About The Role

Project Administrator:

  • Coordinate project data, resources, and communications between stakeholders
  • Assist production planning with planning and data upkeep
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • End-to-end maintenance of project activities and data points

About You

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in project administration, coordination, or support within a corporate or technical environment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to generate reports, track KPIs, and maintain project documentation accurately.
  • Knowledge in Oracle cloud environments considered a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, Finnish and English (Swedish is considered a plus); able to interact with teams across functions.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate customer needs proactively.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently when required.
