About The Role
Project Administrator:
- Coordinate project data, resources, and communications between stakeholders
- Assist production planning with planning and data upkeep
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- End-to-end maintenance of project activities and data points

About You
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in project administration, coordination, or support within a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to generate reports, track KPIs, and maintain project documentation accurately.
- Knowledge in Oracle cloud environments considered a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, Finnish and English (Swedish is considered a plus); able to interact with teams across functions.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate customer needs proactively.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently when required.
