Responsibilities :

• Managing and handling technical requests and incident reports through various channels (IT platform, email, phone);
• Configuring and deploying workstations, laptops, and mobile devices;
• Supporting new team members by providing guidance on IT tools and processes;
• Ensuring smooth operation of meeting rooms, phone systems, and video conferencing setups;
• Tracking internal staff movements and maintaining up-to-date equipment inventories and procedural documentation;
• Applying user experience (UX) techniques to enhance IT services;
• Promoting user awareness about security best practices.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science;
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and related tools (e.g., Entra ID, Exchange Online, Cisco CUCM, Intune, etc.), as well as experience with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad);
• Solid background in service management, particularly incident and problem handling;
• Skilled in ticketing systems and escalation processes related to security issues;
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
• Demonstrates service-oriented attitude, effective communication, and strong teamwork;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
• ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications are advantageous assets.
