Role: DevSecOps Specialist
Location: Luxembourg (50% Onsite and 50% Remote)

we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a DevSecOps Specialist to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Design and implement enterprise-grade secure fault-tolerant infrastructure.
- Define and evolve best practises about traceability and auditability of change by working within teams and educating stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous availability of various Devops tools supporting SCM and Release Management including Source Control, Containerization, Continuous Integration, & Change Management (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Terraform).
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to address the business needs into appropriate technical solutions.
- Implement modern security practices.
- Communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and building consensus.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Master degree in IT or related field and at least 8 years of professional experience in the domain as a Cloud Solutions Specialist or Azure DevSecOps specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of institutionalizing CI/CD tools not limited to but including static code analysis, orchestrators, pipelines, repos, automatic reports and dashboards.
- Strong in Linux OS, bash scripting, Terraform, Python, or other programming languages.
- Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
- Good knowledge of DevOps processes, and critical aspects in cloud services.
- Good knowledge of security standards applicable to software applicable, software architecture and development.
- Ability to apply security-left in every design.
- Previous experience with security as a code (SaC) and infrastructure as a code (IaC).
- Previous experience with agile techniques: TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, SAFe, etc.
- Previous experience with Azure cloud services or other cloud provider.
- Previous experience within an EU institution or financial company, in software development projects, translating complex business processes into case management and workflow solutions, preferably in law enforcement, judicial or financial areas.
- Ability to provide valuable input during DevSecOps Transformations and Integrations and to promote the DevSecOps culture.
- Ability in leading the future of the DevSecOps domain (e.x. Containerization, microservices, GitOps).
- Knowledge of Compliance Standards and Policies and the associated certification and audit process.
- Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
