Job Description
As a Azure DevSecOps Specialist you will:
- Implement and monitor enterprise-grade secure fault-tolerant infrastructure using DevSecOps capabilities
- Define and evolve Build & release best practices, working within teams and educating stakeholders
- Ensure continuous availability of DevOps tools supporting SCM & Release Management (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Terraform)
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to address business needs with appropriate technical solutions
- Implement modern security practices and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience in related field
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools, including static code analysis, orchestrators, pipelines, and repos
- Strong proficiency in Linux OS, bash scripting, Terraform, and Python or other programming languages
- Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services or other cloud providers
- Expertise in DevSecOps practices, including security as code (SaC) and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Proven ability to implement and promote DevSecOps culture in large organizations
- Experience with agile methodologies and automated testing
- Strong understanding of security standards applicable to software architecture and development
- Knowledge of compliance standards, policies, and associated certification processes
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
