Global Project Manager - Hybrid working could be 1 day per week on site with the remainder from home (or for highly experienced candidates 1-2 days per month on site).


This is a highly regulated contract manufacturing environment. The role holds overall responsibility for planning, execution, problem escalation and project completion, whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for multiple international manufacturing sites. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party suppliers to deliver projects, as well as communicating threats and successes to customer stakeholders (up to and including senior executive level).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage project development during the entire project life cycle.
  • Develop a project Statement of Work, assemble the project team, clearly define project deliverables, resource requirements, risks and assumptions.
  • Develop full-scale project timelines.
  • Document risks, assess and develop response strategies.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for the customer.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with customers, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and complete ownership of project success.



What We’re Looking For:

  • ESSENTIAL - Experience in a Project Management role within a contract manufacturing environment that has involved direct interaction with the CUSTOMER is essential.
  • ESSENTIAL - Experience of contract manufacturing environments within a highly regulated sector (Medical Device / Pharmaceutical or closely related industry) is essential.
  • Experience in planning and reporting activities.
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Smartsheet’s or other project management information software.
