About the Job

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love digging into data, and you think that you would enjoy being the right hand of a data analyst? Join our team of experienced professionals in the fast-growing Fintech company and support our analyst team in delivering high-impact, data-driven insights that support strategic decisions across the business.

What You’ll Do:

· Take part in regular reporting processes, helping to compile, organize, and deliver key business data to internal teams.

· Help prepare presentations and materials for top management and stakeholders, including performance summaries, portfolio overviews, and key metrics.

· Enhance reporting workflows through automation, quality testing, and continuous improvement ideas.

· Collaborate on cross-functional projects by providing data, documentation, and clear communication between teams.

· Handle ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders with a solution-oriented and proactive approach.

What We’re Looking For:

· A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, management, or a related field (students in their final years are also welcome).

· Strong analytical thinking with sharp attention to detail and a natural curiosity about numbers, reporting, and business logic.

· A proactive, can-do attitude with high self-motivation and a willingness to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.

· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills – you’re able to prioritize, work independently, and stay focused under pressure.

· Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

· Clear and confident communication skills – both written and spoken English – with the ability to present data in a simple, impactful way.

· A mindset that thrives on improvement and ownership – you don’t just complete tasks, you look for ways to make them better.

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

· Are reliable, resourceful, and ready to take ownership of your work.

· Can handle tight deadlines and multitasking without breaking a sweat.

· Are not afraid to speak up and contribute ideas on how to improve reporting or processes.

· Thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment where every day is different.

· Believe that no task is too small, and every detail matters.

What We’re Offering:

· Paid vacation as per the company's time-off policy, with an extra day off on birthday, additional days based on tenure, self-learning time for your development, and a paid trust day annually for personal use.

· Private health insurance (activated post-trial period).

· Workplace flexibility (partially work-from home).

· A culture of recognition, with prizes, rewards, paid trips, gifts, and individual/team awards.

· Branded birthday gifts, financial support for weddings and newborns, along with extra time off. We provide compassionate time off and financial support during challenging times.

· Company events and activities biannually.
