Seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition and conversion for Sage Connect, our AR automation application. You'll optimize the complete customer journey from trial to paid subscription, with particular focus on creating frictionless onboarding experiences for small businesses. This role requires close collaboration with internal accounting products to design and execute early adopter programs and manage the transition to general availability. The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with a data-driven approach to growth and a deep understanding of small business financial workflows.

Responsabilidades principales 1. Own trial conversion metrics and continuously optimize the trial-to-paid funnel

• Design and refine the customer onboarding journey to maximize activation and retention
• Collaborate with internal accounting product teams on integration strategy and adoption
• Plan and execute early adopter programs with accounting partners
• Develop and implement the GA rollout strategy across channels
