What we’re looking for

We looking for a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate operational activities, according to PMI methodology, assuring budget monitoring and solution delivery to the client, according to: the contract agreement, Orange quality, and performance standards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assures client interface with Technical and Commercial department during solution delivery process, introducing himself, following up periodically and escalating to stakeholders any dysfunctionality detected together with the proposed solution
  • Coordinates projects and checks statuses according to PMI methodology assuring handover from delivery phase to run phase in order for post-delivery contractual SLA to be respected
  • Creates, delivers and validates with the client the list and content of the contractual deliverables assuring conformity with the delivery process too
  • Reports and follows up the delivery calendar agreed with the client; in case of projects monitors and assures budget use according to allocation
  • Analyses project results, documents outcomes proposing solutions to do better next time
  • Assures solution delivery process governance on the allocated segment

What you need to know/have

Professional Knowledge

  • Coordinating projects according to PMI methodology
  • Operational models for delivery and maintenance
  • Financial basic knowledge
  • MS Office
  • English fluent

Education And Experience

  • Technical university degree (Electronics and Telecommunications / Computer Science);
  • Project management - two years of experience
  • Nice to have: Prince2, Agile, PMI or Six Sigma Certifications
  • Driver B category license
