🚀 We’re Looking for a CTO to Join Taleema’s Mission

At Taleema, our mission is to build an ecosystem product that delivers real impact and has massive potential for growth. We’ve secured investment at a 20 M SEK valuation, earning the trust and confidence of the market and now, we’re ready to take the next big step.

As we enter this exciting stage of growth, we are searching for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us as a co-creator of the journey. This role is pivotal in shaping our technical vision, leading product development, and ensuring our platform is innovative, secure, and scalable.

What we’re looking for in our CTO:

• Proven experience in software engineering & product development (LLMs, API design, databases and microservices are a plus)
• Experience in software & cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations.
• Passion for building scalable platforms with real-world impact.
• A visionary mindset with the ability to lead, inspire, and grow a technical team.
• An entrepreneurial spirit – excited about scaling a startup from the ground up.
• A strong drive to build and lead a world-class tech team.
• Genuine passion for education and its power to transform lives.
