Your Role: Software Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our forward-thinking R&D team. You’ll design and build advanced software solutions that power our safety products—solutions that make a real difference in the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable software designs
• Architect and implement software for new and existing safety products
• Analyze system requirements and propose effective technical solutions
• Maintain high standards of code quality through documentation, testing, and code reviews
• Define software specifications and lead deployment efforts
• Continuously improve system performance, usability, and maintainability
• Ensure data security best practices are embedded in every solution
  
  

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or equivalent languages for both back-end and front-end development
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and modern software architecture
• Familiarity with engineering best practices—version control, automated testing, CI/CD, etc.
• Experience in leading software development efforts and working across the full SDLC
• Bonus: Experience with distributed systems, scalability, or high-throughput environments
