We are now looking for an IT Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our journey. With us, you’ll have the opportunity to lead change initiatives, manage roll-outs, and deliver transformation projects in complex organizations. The role is diverse – sometimes you’ll drive initiatives independently, sometimes in close collaboration with stakeholders across functions and cultures. Always in close dialogue with our customers.

We believe you have a background that makes you confident in leading change management activities and driving successful implementations, while also being curious to continue developing. Most importantly, you want to contribute to building the Cyberway culture together with us.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and managing roll-outs within large, complex organizations
• Solid knowledge of structured change management practices and the ability to apply appropriate tools and frameworks
• A talent for building trust and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the capability to turn strategies into concrete deliverables and local actions
• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact
• Comfortable balancing several priorities simultaneously and staying effective in dynamic, shifting situations
• Thrives in cross-functional settings and enjoys collaborating across different cultures and perspectives
• Genuine motivation to support people through transitions and to enable lasting transformation
