Job Description:
BoldRanks is looking for a results-driven Shopify CRO Specialist to join our team and lead the charge in driving exponential growth across our DTC brand portfolio. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creative problem-solver, and technical implementer. You thrive on data, love testing new ideas, and have a relentless drive to increase revenue, conversion, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Funnel Optimization: Identify and test bottlenecks across the full funnel (homepage to checkout) to improve conversion rates.
- A/B & Multivariate Testing: Plan and execute high-volume experiments on product pages, homepage layouts, CTA language, and more.
- Store Management: Build and maintain optimized Shopify storefronts, ensuring seamless navigation, conversion-first layout, and mobile-first design.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Shopify Reports, VWO, and others to uncover insights and turn them into testable hypotheses.
- Integration: Manage integrations with Klaviyo, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Familiarity with Shopify Hydrogen/headless builds is a plus.
- Revenue Optimization: Collaborate on bundling, upsells, pricing experiments, offer testing, and CRO strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with product, design, and paid media teams to align growth tests with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Growth Hacker or CRO Specialist with measurable results.
- Minimum 2+ years working with Shopify and conversion-focused DTC brands.
- Strong grasp of HTML/CSS and Shopify Liquid. JavaScript basics are a plus.
- Experience with Shopify A/B testing tools (Convert, Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, etc.).
- Data-obsessed mindset with experience tracking and optimizing KPIs like AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. Comfortable in Slack, ClickUp and ChatGPT.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in UX/UI or web design (Figma, Canva, Adobe XD)
- Experience running quizzes or personalization flows on Shopify
- Familiarity with headless Shopify or API-first builds
- Experience with setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads, Google Shopping, and Klaviyo campaigns specifically for Shopify stores
