Human Resources Manager

Interim Human Resource Manager – Amsterdam – 4-months - hybrid - €75 per hour

Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic global software licensing company on an initial 4-month contract. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR solutions that align with the business objectives and enhance our people strategy. A key focus will be driving initiatives to boost employee engagement and foster a positive work culture. The role requires providing expert advice on HR matters, particularly within the Benelux region, ensuring compliance regulations.

You will also support organizational restructuring efforts, including workforce planning and change management. Coaching and mentoring leaders will be a significant part of the role, helping them to develop the skills needed to manage their teams effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and nurturing top talent, implementing strategies for career development and succession planning.

Key Requirement

• Experience HR Manager
• Tech industry experience (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of Benelux HR Laws
• Experienced in fast paced environments
• People and culture experience
