Opis stanowiska
- Keep our networks (WAN, LAN, Wireless, Datacenter, Load Balancing) running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents quickly to keep business operations up.
- Work with both cloud networking (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure.
- Document setups, processes, and improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to solve issues and deliver solutions.
- Support upgrades, capacity planning, and life-cycle management of network hardware.
- Help automate processes to make our services faster and smarter.
- Implement and maintain strong security measures (firewalls, VPNs, encryption, etc.).
- Train and support the Service Desk as part of our Shift-Left approach.
Profil kandydata
- 3+ years of experience in IT, network engineering, or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with Level 2 or 3 support in a business environment.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and how it connects to network services.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bonus points if you have automation experience (e.g., PowerShell).
- Relevant certifications like CCNP (or equivalent) are nice to have.
